I liked everythig, the breakfast was good, the employees were very atentious, but they need to speak english, maybe they don't have so many tourist who speaks english, but it would be a diferencial. It's near to vaticano, but if you want to go to others touristic places we need to go by metro, there is a statio near to the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner of the restaurant was very involved guests and passionate about what was being served. He brought all of the guests samples of his prociutto and bufala mozarella. The rooms were a good size and modernly furnished. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and tastey.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
This hotel has latex pillows putting the hotel high on our list of comfort offered!!!! We stayed in a lot of hotels over 18 days! Renovations are underway on one floor and this will match the quality seen on level 2. Staff were really friendly and keen to help. Made our two day stay that much easier.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. They helped us find a free parking spot right next to the hotel and they were just so friendly every day. The rooms were great and lots of space and storage. Loved the shower! Great location, next to the Metro and a short walk St. Peter's and Vatican city.
Great Location, just a 2 mins walk from Lepanto metro station and very
cose to Piazza de Spagna, Piazza Navona and the Vatican city. Friendly
staff, always smiling and ready to help, they even gave us a discount at
check out as we agreed to change our room once.
The hotel is situted in a convenient area near the Vatican. Staff were very warm, friendly, polite and exceedingly helpful and the restaurant food was well prepared and delicious. The hotel features all basic requirements for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a very convenient location; the staff is friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable and the bed is good. The breakfast is typical of Italy, and the coffee is good. We enjoyed out stay there and would return.
My room was great for the price. I was under the weather and wanted
soup, and the desk help whisked me into the dining room and had the
kitchen make me a minestrone soup. It wasn't on the menu, but it
should have been.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English
Air con in the room
Free wifi
Lovely buffet-style breakfast with meats, cheese and pastries
Very close to metro station
Easy walking to lots of restaurants.
Good location, 15 min walk from Vaticane, 150 metres from metro station. Easily to get to all Rome sights which are located very separately all over the town. Large rooms for city hotel. Friendly staff.
Really nice people working there. The room was clean and location was ok, very close to the Metro station.

Location is very near to Vatican and very safe. Metro station is just 3 minutes by walking.
Good location. Very friendly staff. Free parking infront of the hotel.
great location and staff.
Best value for money.
All as expected.
The rooms werem fresh and clean and the staff friendly.
La localizacion en un barrio tranquilo.
Due to a inadequate water broiler for the size of the hotel, there wasn't always hot water. Damage to some aspects of the room could not be repaired upon request. (a missing shower door, a borken showerhead hook and no glasses) The fridge was not cold even when set on high. Noise from neighbouring rooms was quite disturbing. The hotel room doors close with force behind you if you don't close it carefully - resulting constant loud banging throughout the stay.
The hotel is in the process of remodeling so it was dusty throughout, however, I am sure it will be fine when all the construction is done. You have to ask the maid more than once to change sheets, get towels, etc. We thought putting the sheets on the floor was a hint to change them, but she put them back on the bed.
Parking is extremely limited in Rome, so if you are driving to the Hotel, it is wise to advise them in advance so that they may reserve a spot for you. That's what they did for us.
Two desk clerks assured me that the "airport shuttle" took
credit cards, but the guy was can only. I had to scrape together the 50€
fee with Shane from the bottom of my purse. Not cool! Also, my 2013
guidebook said the city wide agreed upon taxi fare to the airport was
€40. The desk clerk said the fare had gone up recently to €48 and the
special shuttle was €2 more because it could use special traffic lanes
and get me there quicker. I really feel like I "was had".
Nothing.
No luggage room, modest breakfast. WiFi is free and speedy, but doesn't catch in some rooms.
We were with a small baby and we had a pram for it that unfortunately didn't fit the elevator doors. We could leave it in reception or close it like to the transport. Also the bad for the baby was very old and not ok so the kid had to sleep with us all nights.
bathrooms are a little small, but worked well.
Nothing.
La señal wifi no llegaba a la habitacion.
