real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. The owner met us at Rialto and took us to the apartment (which would otherwise be difficult to find). She was very helpful and friendly and advised on food shopping and restaurants. The apartment was charming and comfortable and had sufficient facilities.
The price was excellent for an apartment in such a superb location.

L'indipendenza totale e la pulizia. La tranquillità ed il silenzio sono stati impagabili anche perché abbiamo soggiornato in settembre. Essendo un villaggio turistico con animazioni ed altro, non credo che si possa trovare la stessa situazione in luglio/agosto. Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.

or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice.
The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant
recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip -
