The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. L'indipendenza totale e la pulizia. La tranquillità ed il silenzio sono stati impagabili anche perché abbiamo soggiornato in settembre. Essendo un villaggio turistico con animazioni ed altro, non credo che si possa trovare la stessa situazione in luglio/agosto. Avendo visto le strutture esistenti deve essere un posto ideale per famiglie con bambi

Consigliato, il residence è molto carino e curato nei particolari. Appartamento pulito, personale molto gentile e cordiale, struttura adatta per famiglie con bambini, la spiaggia dista a 2 minuti a piedi.

and you're surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. Fairly
spacious 2 bedroom apartment suitable for families or 2 couples, and has
a well-equipped kitchenette. The Valpolicella is a short drive away,
with lots of wineries and smaller authentic restaurants away from the

hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with
a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus. The

Everything at this hotel was great! The young man at reception upon our arrival was exceptionally helpful. Our room was delightful, and had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry departure point. Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.
