The host is amazing friendly gentleman.
He is very nice and helpful.

She gave us ideas of what to visit in Milan and how to get there.The breakfast area is spacious and the selection is more than you need. Fabulous! There is certainly magic at Rossosegnale, from the moment we
entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,
including the beautiful petite red lift. It was hard to imagine the
place as a messy garage in its previous life. Congratulations to Raoul
and Alberto for turning their vision into reality. We thoroughly enjoyed
the breakfast of boiled eggs, homemade jams, cakes and biscuits. We were

The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is

Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Accoglienza e confort degni di un hotel 5 stelle -
La grande attenzione ai dettagli, che dimostra la cura che hanno Marcella e Pierantonio per far stare bene il loro cliente. Ci si sente in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente.
Per fare un esempio, basti pensare al bagno, che è un po' più caldo delle stanze, quel tanto che ti invita a farti una doccia e sentirti a tuo agio anche in una giornata che fuori è gelida.
In molti altri posti devi essere valoroso per fare la doccia, qui è un piacere!

Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby. They maintain routers for each floor of the hotel to improve reception. -
