Wonderful very friendly and caring staff. Excellent location for mountain rest and sport activities, center of the pedestrian (duty free) zone, but accessible with a car, lots of shops and restaurants. Everything was beautiful. This was perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed. Great breakfest and free lunch. Central location, close to lift, all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk

Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes
and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of
service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really
good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best
strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Room very spacious and clean.
The best breakfast buffet we've ever had in a resort.

Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very
helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian
bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and
elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.

The hotel is located in a residential house. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.
