  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  E stato il nostro primo soggiorno in questo albergo e non potevamo capitare meglio. E' veramente raro trovare una struttura che offre servizi e stanze che vanno oltre le 4 stelle assegnate, ma con la sensazione di trovarsi ospiti a casa di amici. Molto belle le stanze tutte in stile baita, una pulizia eccezionale ed una cucina di altissimo livello... cosa dice la gente » ci hanno " costretto " a prolungare il soggiorno oltre la data che avevamo prefissato.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.
