  We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. I would highly reco - The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

  Ideal location in the most relaxed town on lake como. We could not have asked for a better stay. We managed to get room 26 which had 2 balconies overlooking the lake. The room was large and had everything we needed for 2 days. The staff were friendly and the breakfast one of the best. The galati, amazing, and we would highly recomme - Hotel Olivedo is a lovely hotel that sits right at the edge of Lake Como. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful with local knowledge/information. The hotel is a real mix of modern upgrade with an authentic Italian feel. When you wake in the morning, you open the french doors to look out to an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake.( I still think about that view!)   The wellness centre was very good, especially the Hammam. The breakfast despite some negative reviews I had read was very good. We were with the dho ski team for the British Alpine Championships and the hotel staff were very accommodating of early starts, kids and ski kit all over the place.

  Lovely view from our room, room was comfortable and of good quality. Family who have run the hotel for many years are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was good, food delicious, but a bit expensive. Breakfast was excellent. - Excelent place to stay , very good restaurant. The very friendly and helpfull staff makes this hotel a great experience.

A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!).   We stayed at the Hotel Villa Cipressi in October - unfortunately it rained the days we were there. Varenna is a beautiful place to explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Davida did an excellent job at the front desk. Varenna an excellent place from which to explore the lake by ferry and hiking, bike if you have one.
