I find the hotel with luck. Our booking had cancelled with 4 star hotel
and went to this hotel at 9pm. Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and
tidy. Bed to shower everything is comfortable. Its like 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was very good and open buffet. Checkout is 12pm and nobody is
pushing you to leave. Closed autopark and breakfast is free. -

La posizione è incantevole, ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate a piedi e in mountain bike e per brevi gite al lago a Limone e Riva. Zona interessante per la vela, windsurf e kitesurf.
Gli appartamenti sono comodi nuovi e ben tenuti.
Ottimi i campi da tennis in terra, le piscine e la sala giochi.

Siamo stati veramente bene: personale gentilissimo (grazie Diego per i biscottini alla cannella!), cucina ottima, location incantevole, appartamenti spaziosi e pulitissimi, prato, piscina, piscina coperta, sauna... veramente non si può chiedere di più visti i prezzi onestissimi.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

The location is spectacular - our room had a balcony overlooking the lake - wonderful.
The evening meal was memorable with the"help yourself" brandy/liqueur/malt trolley totally unique! -

It's family run and very welcoming and helpful. If you don't speak Italian they speak French, English and German. Wonderful views, cool terraces and the rooms cleaned every day. - It was a beautiful area and the staff was very friendly and accommadating.

for ferries on Lake Garda, the monuments in towns, and various eateries
within a few minutes' walk. The staff were very welcoming and
attentive. The room (246) faced the lake. We upgraded to a suite, which

The hotel is very well managed with delightful personal service. There is a wonderful restaurant and the staff were meticulous in assisting with dietary requirements (with particular attention to gluten free). However all guests were treated with a genuine warmth and care and attention to detail. A wonderful experience . -
