the view from our window was superb. the food was great too! we enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. the owners are very friendly and helpful. they have given suggestions on what to do and where to go during our stay. it is located in a peaceful and safe area. the wi-fi works perfectly well compared to the hotel we have stayed in milan. we would definitely go back again!

Ho apprezzato la tranquillità e la cortesia - Fresh picked raspberries for breakfast, nice secluded hotel in the countryside along a creek. Old world style. Secure parking. Facilities are new with an old look to them. Very nice. Fun road to drive to get to the hotel.

Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile.

Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style . The outlook over the green courtyard was most appreciated in such hot weather.

Staff who helped us, especially as we had very little Italian - We liked the friendly staff in the breakfast room and the reception, the supply of soap and shoe polish, the size of the room, the lovely shower, the nice big, clean towels and the central position of the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen!

We had a really nice two days stay in the hotel, including all
advantages of family run hotel - friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms,
excellent breakfast, support and advices for what to see, where to eat
and how to organize your sightseeing activities. Perfect location - nice
view, quite place and easy access to all places to visit by car/boat
(optional). Parking in place is really important for this area.

Not that far from the main railway station and just 20 minutes by walk
from the Duomo square and La Scala theatre so it's the ideal place
to stay at in regards to price, comfort and location. My room faced the
