Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

Great location - once you learn the trains (46, 62, 64, 116t, 571, 916
to the second Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop will drop you off just around
the corner from the apt), otherwise it is a pretty long walk from the
train and metro. Everything was pretty much what I expected and they
were pretty accomodating as long as you give notice (E.T.A., luggage

Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. The beds were actually very comfortable and the room was not only decorated nicely, but very clean and comfortable with maid service.

Everything about this B&B was perfect.
- Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot).
- The owner is very friendly.
- The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony.
- Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone.
- Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

The hotel was clean and quaint--more of a B&B than a hotel. The room was clean, fully functional with charming decor. My favorite part was the terrace that stretched around the property with views of the town square and sea-a welcoming place to chat, read or enjoy a glass of wine. -
