fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,

The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

It was fabulous. Very clean chalet. There were 3 adults and 2 children
in our party. Plenty of room. Pool was amazing. Our 2 year old had a
blast in kiddy pool and went up and down waterslide hundreds of times.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Diverso,romantico,tanto verde e silenzio,tutto giusto per evadere un po' dalla quotidianità,con la giusta compagnia.Ottima l'idea del cancello con il codice personale per aprire.Il contesto è surreale ma carico di personalità. Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Un albergo senza dubbio da consigliare!! Hotel è situato praticamente nel centro. Camera molto pulita, personale gentilissimo e in più bel ambiente nel pub irlandese che si trova di sotto.
