  Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  Еxcellent appartments! Good value for money. The staff was very kind and respectful (especially one of the managers - Roberto). Though it was a little loudly in the night outside the appartments (because of some rare cars passing by), we liked the appartments very much. Our luggage was lost due to the mistake made by the Airpo - We had a fantastic stay at the Alba Romana B&B - the rooms and communal spaces were well decorated and comfortable, and Roberto and his daughter made us feel very welcome! Although it's not in the city centre, the main attractions are only a 20 minute tram or bus journey away and there's very nice (and reasonably priced) restaurants and gellatos nearby. We had a great stay here and would strongly recommend it to others.

The owners were warm, friendly, super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful - you really feel like you are their guest and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.   Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box

  La scelta di questo b&b è stata del tutto fortuita: poichè dovevamo stare a Roma per studio/lavoro, ci serviva un "appoggio" per una sola notte: dopo aver consultato un paio di siti abbiamo optato per Casa Martina: pensavamo ad un posto ben tenuto a un prezzo abbastanza abbordabile e in buona posizione, ma la nostra esperienza è andata oltre! ... cosa dice la gente » Gianluca e Agostino sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali, pronti a darci consigli di ogni tipo su ogni nostra domanda. La stanza era perfetta, arr - Absolutely loved it, would stay there again any time. The room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Gianluca and Agostino were super friendly and helpful, providing us with two walking tours of Rome which covered many of the major sights, sustained by a big breakfast. Their recommendations also helped us to avoid the longest tourist lines at the Colosseum and the Vatican museums. Location is also really good, 3 minutes to the metro, but you can pretty much walk to many de - Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!
