All staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent enough english.
Even though our room was a bit small it was enough for two people to
feel confortable. It was very silent, we did not hear the other guests

Very friendly and helpful receptionist; good location as very near Cornelius Metro stop with good links to the city, and near several restaurants, supermarkets, a bank, etc; great breakfast with lots of choice; lovely decor; big comfortable room wth modern air con, mini bar, TV with lots of channels; massive bathroom (though could have done with a shelf/cupboard in there to put things on!). Apartment 346 was very quiet.

I liked everything about the hotel. It looks quite new, very well-kept, clean rooms with balconies overlooking the beach. Breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant had a beautiful sea-view. The room was comfortable and had a large balcony with a great view of the sea. The price was better than staying in Rome, and it was a truly relaxing experience. I will surely return.

this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy.

Dei Borgia is a new hotel in an existing building. Lovely marble throughout. More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates.
breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal. Exceptional staff dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Alina at the front desk was awesome and so helpful!! The rooms were nice & clean. The bathrooms were nice as well. Note for Americans- not many Italian hotels offer conditioner or washcloths.

Everything about the Hotel 47 experience was excellent, from the moment
we walked in to the moment we left. The location for a visit to Rome was
perfect for those whe enjoy walking around a city. It was close to many
of the major monuments, resteraunts, and public transport. The
accomodation was excellent with wonderful views over some of Rome's
ancient temples. The breakfast was very good and staff helpful.
