Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. This Family owned Villa Hotel is a gem of Positano. We were extremely please with our stay in this wonderful place, Mr Antonio made the stay fresh, exciting, welcoming and warm. He was very helpful and full of recommendations and advice. He even noticed that it was my birthday on the second day of stay and sent a very nice champagne with compliments that made the stay memorable.

Le stanze sono belle accoglienti ben fatte con tutti i confort .. il lido convenzionato con la struttura il Susy beach e piccolo ma poi tutto il resto è a 4* cordiali -ottima cucina prezzi ottimi.. -

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. Cominciamo dicendo che ci è piaciuto praticamente TUTTO!!!
Staff sublime, Ciro e Raffaele, oltre che farti sentire a casa, sono bravissimi ad indirizzare i visitatori nella scelta di un itinerario, in base al tempo e alle volontà dell'ospite. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica ed è contornato da una vista sul mare fantastica, dove è possibile assaggiare il miglior pesce mai provato. Quindi consigliatissimo anche il ristorante annesso "La Principessa".

Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs. I didn't mind because

Excellent location not far from train station.No breakfast area but rooms have kettle and there are yogurts and fruit drinks left in fridge each day,there is also a basket of chocolate bars and bruschetta .
