The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment.
