  The Sunflower is not located in city centre but very close to the tram station that can take you to the tube so within 15-20 minutes you can get to Duomo. It's a good compromise between price and location. As Milan is a safe city even in the middle of the night you can go back to the hotel with no feeling of fear.   We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. We even ate some fresh grapes off of the vines in the garden. Location was close to the main train station and next to the street farmers mark

The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.
