Cosa dice la gente
I think they have improved their service and the cleanliness after they
read the comments. I gave them my request, they responded. The owners of
the the hotel can hardly speak English, but they are very cute, willing
to try everything they can to help and to communicate with you. I
enjoyed communicate with them. The old lady even wanted to take me to
the nail salon cus I didn't know the direction. We ended up stopping
by the bobber shop next door called Ginza. There you can find nice

Excellent location if you arrive at Milano Centrale train station - just 2-3 mins' walk. The room is very clean and of reasonable size. The bathroom is quite spacious with basic toiletries and a hair dryer.
The B&B is located on the first floor of a well maintained residential building. You feel safe and it's quiet there.
We were given bottled water every day in the room and at breakfast, which is considered quite generous in Italy.
Check-in and breakfast are at the Open Bar next door.
comfortable bed and warm bedding, very clean room and large bathroom, quiet, few minutes walk from Milano Centrale train station, nice continental breakfast - coffee, croissant, toast-like crackers, cereal, juice, yogurt at their affiliated cafe Open Bar which is one door down; nice staff, pleasantly surprised that we were able to get breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport.
very happy with lepetit Milano. Very convenient to the central train station and very easy to set out from there either by tram or on foot to centre of the city. Warm welcome from the cafe when picked up key. Very secure, no frills but comfortable.clean and good coffe e and croissants from cafe. enjoyed staying there.
The staffs there were very friendly and helpful, especially in Italy, and I also like to stay in this kind of old apartment rather than modern hotel. Also, the location is execllent, and just 5 minutes from central railway station by walk.
It was fun trying to remember which key to use in each keyhole!! Room
was very nice, nice large shower, and very quiet.
a nice 'value for money' room near the main station and metro.
Friendly owners and breakfast simple but OK.
The location is amazing, just a few steps from the main train station. The staff is really friendly.
Everything. The owners were so kindly and lovely and the food was amazing!!!!.
Very convenience location! Nice breakfast and helpful staff.smooth wifi.
so close to station, yet relatively quiet and private.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Good location.
Very close to central station, secure , comfortable beds and clean.
The only like about the place was that it was close to the railway station.
The door locks are huge and look scary. I smelled something from the
plumbing... That's very mild. But the room was very lovely and
clean. So with this price, I would just pass on this one.
The reception at Open Bar closes at night. I'm not sure what you can do if you need help when it's closed.
The owners don't really speak English.
A bit pricey.
nothing negative.
The room is a little bit small.
Directions given from the train station were incorrect.
The breakfast is only a juice, a coffee and a piece of bread. There are no blackout curtains so the light enter at the very first hour.
There's no lobby and reception, have to check in at the cafe nearby.
As no significant signage, it's not easy to find the hotel if you
are not the frequent traveller or when heavy raining .
WiFi kept dropping out - might have been a very temporary problem.
No safe, no tea/coffe facilities.small.glad I took booking form with
price on as we were given different price on arrival. Cafe was closed on
Sunday so was left an orange each a biscuit and cold drink so a little
disappointing . Staff English limited.
Anything good about this hotel would be extremely hard to find, like the hotel itself, if you could call it a hotel. no signs just a heavy wooden door onto the street. 4 seperate keys ( one to the biggest deadlock I have ever seen with 4 very large tongues??? Why???) before you find your room which is extremely basic and noisy and very old. a place you would be likely to die in if there was a fire. Not a good experience and not recommended. Go there at your own risk!.
