Accoglienza calorosissima ed ambiente pulitissimo. Per arrivare a Venezia, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accompagnato sia all'andata che al ritorno (dopo cena!). Il giorno della partenza abbiamo preferito avvicinarci con la nostra auto ed abbiamo agevolmente parcheggiato con soli 3 euro al giorno, a 5 minuti di bus da piazzale Roma. Consigliatissimo.

The hotel is less than ten minutes from Mestre train station (a 45-60 minute coach trip from Treviso airport). Trains to Venice go every 15 minutes and cost 1 Euro. Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared
to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was
very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice
in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and
attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American"
hotel after traveling in Italy.

The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a

This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

The hotel is new, with excellent facilities, very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception.
Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty.
We recommend this hotel to everyone :)
