We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door. My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a
real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where
we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an
actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can

The staff at Ca'San Giorgio was very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There is free tea, coffee, and cookies 24h in the lobby and the free breakfast is perfect. The hotel has every amenity you could possibly want. The location is great - not very close to the attractions but less than a 15 minute walk to any of the major landmarks.
