tutto, nulla da eccepire - la camera in cui ho soggiornato è molto bella e confortevole, la colazione squisita, ci sono i migliori croissant che abbia mai mangiato in Italia, c'è molta discrezione e il panorama sull'arno è davvero suggestivo, ho sfruttato molto la sala relax che da sul ponte vecchio, tutto molto romantico!

were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel
