Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that
was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you
can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big
and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and
around you have many shops and a supermarket.

A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

1. Hotel check in is since 14:00. However, personnel agreed to meet us and perform check in at 10:00 so we were able to spend more time in Rome. This is really fantastic, and this is why I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Friendly staff, Very clean, very secure.
Actually surprised to have access to a microwave in a small but reasonably sized kitchen and basic utensils , we were on a tight budget so that was great. !!!
Its no frills accommodation but its ideal for someone who wants to see Rome on a tight budget.

way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia
was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my

This place is just wonderful to stay at, its so relaxing and pretty but
feeling being home at the same time. The staff are so nice and friendly,
and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can
take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a
supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its
at good price. I will come back again !

The staff were really nice. Especially the guy named Simon. We were really late on the day of arrival (about 11 at night)(because the airport was out of electricity). He was waiting us downstairs for hours!!!

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. Everything in the room is new (big room of around 15-20m² with individual bathroom). Good breakfast with home made italian cake (from 8.00 to 10.00).
