  Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! The hotel is inside a block of appartments so you feel like staying in a typical roman house.Every day you have cleaned room towels and there is also a free tray filled up with coffee tea and sweets.breakfast was good also!!!   Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

  Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast. He was very helpful with different questions we had. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location. We have travelled a great deal and this was a good find. We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible!   It was a great choice. We got there from Ciampino airport in 1 hour. It's very close to metro station Vitorio Emanuel- just 2 minutes. If you want you can go to Termini station and it's just 5 minutes walk - but Termini is crowded. The church St.Maria Maggiorie is about 3 minutes walk and around this church there are many bus stops. When you are well prepaired to your jour - Fantastic location close to the Railway Central and main tourist attractions. Once inside, the city noise was shut out, come and go as you please and only up 5 steps to get inside. Nice and clean and very friendly staff - free access to internet.
