the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

E' stato tutto perfetto!!! Il personale é stato sempre disponibile, le camere erano sempre pulite ed in ordine (ad ogni nostra uscita), il riscaldamento della camera era regolabile, la colazione é stata principesca, la posizione dell'albergo è ideale (2 minuti da piazza S. Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
