Florence was the last city of our trip to Italy an stepping into Residenza dell' Orafo was amazing. Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . -

Beautiful contemporary design, fabulous service, incredible location, artsy and intimate....what a find. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

Silvia is a great host --thank you, Silvia! She even made us a tray of breakfast eatables (granola, milk, yogurt, orange juice, a variety of packaged cookies and melba toast) the night before because we were catching a train very early the next morning. This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute
walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All
major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is
the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they
were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were
given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and
