Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -

Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can.
The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C.
It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment.
The location was excellent too.
Would definately stay there again.

The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay.

Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

Solo la posizione - The sense of having a home to stay in as opposed to a hotel, sense of independance. Beautifully maintained. Elegant. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. Staff extremely accomadating and genuine. - It is ideally located with the views of the Spanish Steps to die for.

It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. -
Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
