She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis

  Excellent spot for a romantic weekend stay. LiRioni is situated close to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum, in a quiet surroundings. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful and the place itself was amazing! Clean and newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and equipped like at least a 4*+ hotel. LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). Rooms are new and clean. The apartment has a beautiful terrace on the roof exactly as seen on the pictures. The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.
