  dopo un piccolo empasse iniziale dovuto al fatto che ci aspettavamo una struttura leggermente differente, non possiamo dire nulla di negativo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile (Fernando alla reception veramente molto gentile) ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno senza nulla chiedere. Posizione centrale e comoda ai mezzi pubb... cosa dice la gente » lici. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondante e servita in camera. Sicuramente da tenere a mente per un futuro viaggio a Roma! Grazie ancora di tutt - Posizione ottima (centro raggiungibile a piedi in 20 min di cammino), camere pulite, confortevoli e silenziose, parcheggio vicino a pagamento (20 euro ogni 24 h), cortesia del personale, anche se non sempre presente è reperibile ad un cellulare.

  We visited Soggiorno Downtown late October. What a lovely bed&breakfast! The room was nice (very Italian in decoration), and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was nothing fancy but very good and enough for the first hours of walking that is inevitable when you want to see Rome properly. We had a great stay and who doesn't want to sleep that - We liked everything!!! It is an amazing place to stay. The owner Lorenzo is the friendliest owner we have ever met. He was helpful,understanding and did more than you could expect. Our room was clean, lovely, quite and comfortable. Location is perfect because you can reach all turistic places by foot. We definetely would book the room at this place again. Lorenzo and Isabella,we wish you Merry Christmas and thanks again for such warm welcome.

  The owner Massimo was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The place was furnished with warm and welcoming decor - a relief after an exhausting commute. Would recommend this place to anyone who's on a stricter budget but still want a nice place to stay. - An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!

  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. We never heard noise from the adjacent rooms, except whe - Fantastic central location - 1 min walk to Forum. Lots of good bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.
