  E' stato tutto perfetto!!! Il personale é stato sempre disponibile, le camere erano sempre pulite ed in ordine (ad ogni nostra uscita), il riscaldamento della camera era regolabile, la colazione é stata principesca, la posizione dell'albergo è ideale (2 minuti da piazza S. Marco). Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply. We chose to walk via academia to rialto and P. mar - Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
