  I have to say I was a bit nervous staying here after reading a lot of bad reviews but as most of Florence was booked out- we went ahead with it. There is a laundromat downstairs- so close to every attraction! - We really enjoyed staying in Locabndo Gallo. The staff was excellent. They are extremely friendly. They gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and dine. You should definitely follow their suggestions. The hotel is also located on a very convenient place, it is just 15 min walk form main train station and maybe 10-15 min walk from touristic places. The room is like you can see from the pics.

Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents. The room was big and with nice furniture,clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly ! Also there was also a kettle and some coffee/tea available. Overall, would recommend.

We were arriving late at night but received detailed instruction how to enter our room and we could check in next day - it was nice because we were tired and could go directly to the room. A transport being arranged and an additional room was identified within 15 minutes. Its located in the center of shops, train station and easy asses to food including a Halal kebab.
