I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The room's decor was elegant and the room itself spotless. It looked like the hotel was brand new and I later found out it was. We had all we needed in terms of amenities, towels, hot water, kettle, etc. Breakfast was coffee and croissant, served in an authentic coffee shop next door. Location was good. The place is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the metro system. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was prompt with our requests. Many of the hotel rooms in Italy are small but their room is also very spacious; there was three of us with five luggage and we were able to lay our luggage out with enough walking space. We loved the room and it was one of the best place we stayed during our entire trip!
