Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Very easy to find. Staff helpful, not there all the time, but it was fine, I did not have any problems. I would stay there again and longer. I was there only 2 nights
