The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. Tutto quanto ci si augura di trovare in un B&B, in termini di logistica, comfort e buon rapporto Q/P, quì c'è. Anche la semplice presenza di un bollitore per una bevanda calda veloce, denota attenzione per il cliente.
p.s. abbiamo lasciato in camera un paio di bustine di nescafè come suggerimento. :-)

1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

stuffed: iorgurte, soft drinks, juices, beer, champgne, all super fair
price. In my stay with wife nothing was charged for Katia and Pina.
Speaking of them, are two people who do everything to make u feel
comfortable. Are aware of everything you need. Provide a contact
telephone 24h. The breakfast is served in the room or in a special space

some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good.

Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

ROBERTA at the front desk was fantastic in helping is get reservations to a much sought-after restaurant. We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible! She is very nice as well.

Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.
