  Our "room" was in fact a bedroom, a toilet and a big bathroom and as the other room was unoccupied we had the rest of the appartment (a nice kitchen)to ourselves -- luxury. Very nice self-service breakfast! The rooms where nice an cool, so no need for airconditioning even though it was very warm outside.   Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar - The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   Everything!! I came here with my wife and sister-in-law, and this apartment was incredible and gave us enough space for privacy. Our check in time was at 14:00, but we arrived at 10:30 and our hostess Cristina allowed us to check in early.
