We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious
and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is
very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it
is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when
you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part
time.The location can´t be better

The room was spacious, quite clean, water pressure was hot and strong. The high ceilings were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful - only present from 8:00am to 12:00pm but responsive over email. The location can't be beat - right on the Piazza Signoria!

Perfect location, right by the Uffizi museum. The Duomo is just less then 10 minutes away on foot, amongst other popular museums and local sights. Set in a beautiful square, where you can get a beautiful view of the city hall tower from the apartment. The shopping belt surrounds the apartment, together with many wonderful restaurants. This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly
from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the
piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close
to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio).
The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more
than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private
bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a
minor issue (if at all).

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.
