Staff are very friendly and helpful. Memory foam mattress bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in! The location is perfect, just off the Pantheon and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Despite being in the middle of the old city, the hotel is in a quiet street and you cannot hear any noise from the rooms. There are only 6 rooms (each named after a Roman god). The room itself is not big, but luxurious and spotlessly clean. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The staff were very cheerful and friendly too.

It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee). The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.
