We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay.

Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

We loved the location, we just stepped out of the door and we were near the heart of Rome. Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely
much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton
etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for
European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and

Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally
unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We
could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out
and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly
communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.
We were told we would have to wait until Monday for any service. Totally
frustrated, we went back to Residenza Torre Colonna to see if they had

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you

The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

Firstly, the location was second to none. A 5mn walk to the Pantheon, a 15mn walk to the Colliseum, and a 20mn walk to Vatican City. U do not need to use public transport if you stay here. Secondly, the host Simone was a very gracious man. Very helpful with advice and booking tickets etc. Lastly, the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy by far. As well as the usual bread, cheese, salami, pastries we actually got cereal and they even cooked us an omelette every morning. Highly recommend B

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

Antonio, oh, Antonio! You made our stay so wonderful, we will remember it forever! Thank you for roses and champaign on our honeymoon! Jacuzzi on the roof top with night Roma view is incredible! We are under the best impressions and would reccomend this hotel to our friends.

The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee). The WiFi worked well, the bathroom was a good size with thoughtful extras like sl

I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.

Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace -
very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.
