La stanza era perfetta, arr - Absolutely loved it, would stay there again any time. The room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Gianluca and Agostino were super friendly and helpful, providing us with two walking tours of Rome which covered many of the major sights, sustained by a big breakfast. Their recommendations also helped us to avoid the longest tourist lines at the Colosseum and the Vatican museums. Location is also really good, 3 minutes to the metro, but you can pretty much walk to many de - Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

She was asking us about if we need any help with taxi or more like tickets to museums. It was very nice of her! The taxi waited us when we arrived. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.
