  Hotel resides in a flat of an apartment which is very close to Manzoni metro station, about 1 minute walk away. You can also walk to Colosseum within 10 minutes. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe.   The room's decor was elegant and the room itself spotless. It looked like the hotel was brand new and I later found out it was. We had all we needed in terms of amenities, towels, hot water, kettle, etc. Breakfast was coffee and croissant, served in an authentic coffee shop next door. Location was good. Very good value-for-money altogether. - The place is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the metro system. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was prompt with our requests. Many of the hotel rooms in Italy are small but their room is also very spacious; there was three of us with five luggage and we were able to lay our luggage out with enough walking space. We loved the room and it was one of the best place we stayed during our entire trip!
