You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.   The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.
