  This is a private flat with 3 rooms. New furnitures, quality like in a five stars hotel. The double bed is big size and really good quality mattress to sleep. Double window, so even though it is next to the busy road it was ok. Air-condition was necessary because it was not a lof of air in the room.   We stayed here 2 nights because we went to a concert at Atlantico. The location was perfect for the concert as we could walk home and skip the traffic and nightmare of parking. We even went into town for a day and it wasn't too bad, there is a bus that stops out front and takes you up to the subway.
