  Location was excellent . Our room had a canal view which was unique. Noisy if windows open but new windows shut out the noise. Very clean and looked like the picture. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Location fantastic. Couldn't hear others in the hotel even though it was full. Great value for money for Europe and Venice. Ea - Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

  Ci è piaciuto tutto,ed appena arrivati ci hanno regalato la bella sopresa di un upgrade, ovvero al prezzo della camera più economica, avendone la disponibilità, ci hanno assegnato la camera con vista sul canale...Venezia con la neve vista dal letto una vera meraviglia!
