We were arriving late at night but received detailed instruction how to enter our room and we could check in next day - it was nice because we were tired and could go directly to the room. Overall, would recommend.

Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. She explained us briefly about the city as well and we used all her tips and it was all worth it.
