  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset.
