Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence.
Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels.

A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .

We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet.
Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access.
Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.

Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. A bus stop is just outside the door.

Betta was extreamely warm and a perfect hostess. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with our room. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We were on the second floor and just outside our room was the breakfast area, they have a fantastic little selection of food and drinks which you can take on a tray back into your room.

The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

We were able to lock our rented bikes inside overnight! Breakfast was good, i liked the warm croissants with sugar crusted on top. good view out window. Right down street from bridge over to other side of Florence.Riding a bike was the perfect way to get around; so much to see, and getting from our hotel to the city made it possible without the pain of parking car/driving. Though we did drive a car one night (to go out to Tuscany-highly recommended) and there was free parking from 8pm-8am right
