Convenient location. Host spoke good english and provided useful info with a marked up map. Room clean and comfortable. Great air con. Roomy shower with good water pressure.

Nella strada più elegante di Firenze una vera e propria torre con una vista a 360 gradi. Incredibile: da un lato la cupola del Duomo e il palazzo della Signoria, dall'altro i ponti sull'Arno che scorre impetuoso. Un posto per veri intenditori ad un prezzo accettabile. The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about
Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful.
We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants
in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and
quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. Exit to the right

The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!
