  The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us.   Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, yet amazingly comfortable-we had a table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, bed, and two bedside tables in ours... cosa dice la gente » . We also had a near new bathroom, with some of the other rooms being renovated while we were there. Fast, strong wifi, and very friendly, helpful sta - We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio). The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a minor issue (if at all).

It is situated right in the city sentrum what makes it a perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring the city for several days and who came to do shopping.
