  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  I receptionist erano tutti molto cortesi e sempre disponibili. La fermata della metro proprio di fronte all'albergo. La camera era bella, pulita e senza moquettes, con vasca idromassaggio. Dalla terrazza sul tetto si godeva una vista splendida di Milano. La colazione era molto abbondante, sia il salato che il dolce. - Sono stato in questo albergo p... cosa dice la gente » er la sua posizione e debbo dire che è unica. Alla reception sono stati gentilissimi, sorridenti e sempre in grado di darmi buone indicazioni. Le camere sono belle e ben arredate. Avevo la camera 531 e sono stato contento.
