Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was
very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was
incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the
Duomo, so the location was great. Although not walking distance from the
train station, it's just a 5 minute, 10 Euro cab ride away. -

The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room
in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was
illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move
my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room
as compensation. That was a very kind gesture, indeed. -

I really liked the decor of the reception and also corridor. Room was pretty simple. I booked one room with two singles beds. There was a sink in a room, tv, wardrobe and phone + free wifi. The hostel location is a bit far from the train station, but somehow
that is a blessing – Napoli’s train station area might not fit my
liking. The hostel’s vibe is friendly and loud – common teenage-like

Very good location, easy to find, very close to Central Station and city
center as well. Old inside, but clean. Bed-linen and towels were clean,
big and comfortable bed. I liked that the receptionist was very polite
to explain directions and even gave us a city map. I would recommend
this hotel for budgeted families.

One star hotel?! You must be kidding me! That is an awesome place! i will give 3 stars to it if you'll ask me! It s a great place to stay if ur going to be out in the city all day and just go to the hotel to sleep. The lady at the front desk doesnt speak english but other staff knows well. The doors close at 9pm. So you would be given a password to punch in when u get back to the hotel after 9pm. Good location cuz its right next to the tram station. Metro station is 15 minute walk. Tram takes you to the Duomo within 10 minutes. Quiet and clean spacious rooms. Its a great hotel if you are not looking fo

Very good hotel for normal price. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps.

The hotel is really good for the very modest price. We had everything we needed in the room including very cheap wifi. The room has a conditioner that is really useful in Italia. The room and bathroom are rather small but for this price I believe one wouldn't expect for a royal palace! The room completely suits the travellers who prefer sightseeing all day long - as we do!

Great location- just in front the central station with a metro, bus and tram stops just meter away and a nice self service restaurant, great design and spacious room for couple, very nice staff. I first was given a room for which is quite small but was upgraded to a bigger room because the tv didn׳t work without even asking, they just offer me. -

The staff, especially the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice size and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean and modern. It's located across the trainstation "milano centrale", which is great for a short trip.
