It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, a little far from the main attractions but served by metro and bus. Our room was more like a small apartment. The bathroom was large and the shower was strong. We recommend this hotel for longer stays ( 3-4 days ) as it gives you good living space. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

Castel Sant Angelo. Great shopping and restaurants in the surrounding
Prati neighborhood. The Lepanto a metro stop is just a few blocks away,
so seeing the rest of Rome is easy and getting to the Termini train
station is very convenient. The room was fantastic--very cool design,
relaxing, nicely sized, clean and modern bathroom. The breakfast was

It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome.
The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient.

Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel.
Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would definately recommend this hotel!
