The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome
